Why Counting Calories is wrong?

Have you ever heard of counting calories to get results? Or how everyone just counts calories but seem to get no where? Today in this blog, we will talk about counting calories. We will talk about how even though someone may be under their calorie count they may still not achieve their end result! So what’s the solution? Macros! We will tell you what you need to know to obtain your results.

 

Macro Key Areas are the solution?

In Macros, key areas to look at are Carbohydrates, Protein, and Fats that you are consuming. Instead of putting all the attention and focus on calories. Here is an example of why counting calories is not the best approach. Let’s say someone is trying to stay under 1,500 calories per day and burn fat as well. What will happen is that person, will start consuming those calories from any source. If the goal is under 1,500 calories they could consume all of those calories from carbohydrates and fats thus failing them and not getting their results.

Why? It is because you are consuming way more carbohydrates and fat , than the amount that you should consume everyday. Your not letting your body tap into its source of fat as energy. We are not letting our body burn any fat, but you’re still in that restricted diet. Not achieving results, and not enjoying the diet. That’s the reason why you need to focus on how much Protein, Fats, Carbohydrates you are consuming on a daily basis to guarantee your result .

In conclusion, you need to know what is your target macro for Protein, Carbohydrates, and fats , to make sure you consume those macros from the right source which we will explain in our future videos. As long as you know how much of these macros you need to take, and from which source this can guarantee your results.
