Monday

Breakfast: Strata  Tuscan Starta.

Lunch: Chicken Breast – Argentinian Style Chicken Breast, Jasmin Rice with Black Eyed Peas, Chimichurri Roasted Vegetables, Lime.

Dinner: Chicken Thigh  Nashville Braised Chicken Thigh, Red Rice, corn, Onion, pepper, Broccoli, Zucchini, peas, Bread and Butter Pickle.

Tuesday

Breakfast: Waffle – Yukon Potato Waffle, serve with Chorizo + Yukon skillet, and cheesy Scramble.

Lunch: Pork – Old bay braised Pork, Baked Bean, Green Beans, South Carolina BBQ Sauce.

Dinner: Ground Turkey – Ground Turkey Three Beans Chili mix with Onion, and Bell pepper.

Wednesday

Breakfast: Grain Bowl – Roasted Mushroom Grain Bowl, Butternut Squash, Broccolini, Faro, Lemon, Chile.
