1.If we receive your order in our system, which your order will generate in our system every week at the same time, we cannot refund your order. As result, for skipping a week we need to have your note ahead of the time, prior to Friday 12:01am (or Thursday night at Midnight) for Sunday delivery

2.If we sent you wrong meals we will refund you 100% of your money.
