As a master fitness trainer, one of the biggest challenges, for myself and my clients, has been dieting. With a demanding work schedule, it is difficult to always find the time to eat the right meals at the right time. It requires a lot of planning ahead, time to cook, knowledge of what the right foods for you are, and a lot of money. In working with my clients, dieting is the number one frustration. Making and eating the right meals is difficult. However, it is as important to achieving the fitness goals as exercising. With Meal Prep Sunday San Diego Company, I wanted to create a service that would provide me, my clients, and everyone else, the solution to our problems. I wanted to combine my knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and working with my clients, and offer tasty, fresh, and nutritional meal plans to help my clients achieve their fitness goals.
In my four years as a Figure competitor in the National Physique Committee, one of the most valuable lessons I learned was the importance of meal prepping. While I could spend hours in the gym, it was the diet I followed that allowed me to win my class and distinguish me from other competitors. Having a meal plan to follow and the meals prepared beforehand was the key to success. I carried that lesson with me through the years, but in life it is not always easy to plan everything. Being a lawyer, does not allow me to keep a flexible schedule and have the time to prepare tasty and nutritional meals. While I have the right intentions, the results were some times frustrating, and my fitness goals were suffering. With Meal Prep Sunday San Diego, I wanted to create a company that had in mind professional and busy women like me who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle and not feel guilty for enjoying a nice gourmet meal. I wanted to provide meal plans that will save prep time, money, and will assist women in achieving their fitness goals and be able to maintain them.
